PHIL WISEMAN
LEAD PASTOR
Phil was raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and has followed Jesus from a very young age. After spending 16 years in Indiana and South Dakota, he is happy to be back in God’s country.
Phil has a BA in Music from Indiana Wesleyan University, an MDiv from Wesley Seminary, and an MA in Biblical Interpretation from the London School of Theology. He has served at churches as a Worship Pastor, Discipleship Pastor, and Campus Pastor. He loves to see people experience the joy of following Jesus with their whole lives. He also loves Hawkeye football, jazz music, and Africa.
Phil and Natalie have been married since 2006 and they have three kids.

NATALIE WISEMAN
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Natalie’s life has a consistent theme: a love for children and a love for missions. She’s excited to bring those two passions together in her role at Table Church.
Natalie has a BA in Elementary Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. After teaching in the classroom for four years, she accepted a position as Children’s Ministry Director at The Ransom Church in Sioux Falls. She served in that role for a total of 8 years.
She loves coffee, reading, family outings, travel, and a good podcast.
Natalie and Phil have been married since 2006 and they have three kids.

MEGAN KOCH
DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR
Megan began following Jesus in high school. Since then, she’s lived in many different places and had many roles, but her love for pastoring has always been clear—even before she realized it.
Megan studied English Literature and Native American Studies at South Dakota State University and has an MDiv from Wesley Seminary. She’s served on university campuses with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, and most recently as the Restore Pastor at The Ransom Church in Sioux Falls, SD before moving to Des Moines in 2019. She’s passionate about introducing people into a living, breathing relationship with Jesus.
She loves cultivating healthy relationships and teams, learning, mentoring, growing, and teaching others to do the same. Also hiking, coffee, and books.
Megan and Jim have been married since 2002 and they have four kids.

MOSES BOMETT
MISSION DIRECTOR
Moses was born in Libertyville, Illinois but raised in Kenya, Africa. At age 14 he relocated back to the United States, briefly in Sioux Falls, SD then to Des Moines, IA.
Moses has a BA and BS in Economics, Political Science, and International Studies from Iowa State University. He also has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Drake University. Moses has over 10 years of experience in non-profit organizations. Currently, he is the Iowa and Africa manager with Roth Products, an animal by-product company for pharmaceutical applications. He has been in the church since a young boy in Kenya, Africa. He enjoys spending time on Rising Daisies, a non-profit organization providing scholarship and mentorship opportunities for students in Kenya.
Moses and Nyla have been married since 2016.

TARIN OBBINK
MISSION DIRECTOR
Tarin discovered her heart for missions on a trip to Juarez, Mexico. She loves sharing those experiences and introducing others to the joy that comes from being the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need.
Tarin has a BA in Spanish from Northwestern College and is currently pursuing an MDiv at Sioux Falls Seminary. She has volunteered in a variety of roles in church and is excited to continue serving at Table Church.
Tarin currently works as a business analyst in the finance industry, but her favorite job is being an aunt to her niece and nephew, whom she adores. She also loves traveling, reading, and tending to her many house plants.

JAY ERICKSON
WORSHIP LEADER
Jay was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa.
He began following Jesus at a very young age and has been leading worship, in one manner or another, for over 20 years.
Jay is passionate about helping others connect with Jesus in authentic and meaningful ways, especially in the setting of corporate worship. He has a strong desire to see the church of Des Moines revitalized, while joining together in unity.
Jay and Christina have been married since 2007 and have 3 wonderful daughters.
